Alloy is an American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) certified shop operating under Section VIII of the code. As such, we are not able to produce boilers, but we are able to produce vessels that will use steam generated by a boiler or vessels, which contain pressure in the form of compressed gases. Alloy carries both the ASME "U" stamp for new vessel manufacture and the "R" stamp for pressure vessel repairs. Alloy repairs vessels both in house and in the field. We welcome your code work.
Whether your vessel design is rectangular or round, whether the pressure is applied by steam or compressed gases, Alloy's design and manufacturing teams can help you design and build a cost effective solution.
Carbon or stainless, large or small, Alloy does it all.
