Alloy Field Services utilize decades of experience and specialize in the handling of heavy equipment, as well as the maintenance and repair of process vessels, including ASME pressure vessels, on-site. Our Field Service group also offers ASME pressure vessel repairs keeping you operational with minimal interruption.
Alloy Mechanical Seals save you time, maintenance, downtime, and product with their cost-effective, modular designs using minimal wear parts that require infrequent service.
Mechanical Seals preserve your shaft in "like-new" condition, avoiding the wear experienced with packing glands and stuffing boxes.
Alloy specializes in sealing larger diameter, slower rotating shafts ranging from 1-1/2 inch to nearly 30 inches in diameter. Typical industrial applications include rendering, solvent extraction, drag and screw conveyors, and most other applications where a rotating shaft needs to be sealed operating at less than 200 RPM.
