Alloy is an American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) certified shop operating under Section VIII of the code. The ASME Section VIII certification permits Alloy to produce vessels that will use steam generated by a boiler or vessels, which contain pressure in the form of compressed gases.
Alloy carries both the ASME "U" stamp for new vessel manufacture and the "R" stamp for pressure vessel repairs. Alloy repairs vessels both in-house and in the field. We welcome your code work. Whether your vessel design is rectangular or round, carbon or stainless, the pressure is applied by steam or compressed gases, large or small, Alloy does it all.
Alloy's design and manufacturing teams can help you design and build a cost-effective solution or repair an existing vessel.
