External shells are ultrasound thickness tested. Sections are removed and new sections installed as required. All workmanship and materials meet or exceed the ASME code.
Internal Shell
Replaced with New 1" Thick shell course and heads. All workmanship and materials meet or exceed the ASME code.
Shafts and Paddles
Square or Round, Non-Hardfaced Paddles or Hardfaced Paddles.
Thoroughly inspected, internal components replaced, housing replaced if required.
Doors & Openers
Doors and opening components are thoroughly inspected and repaired or replaced as required. Alloy also offers options to convert standard door to hydraulic, pneumatically or motor operated doors or replaced completely with knife gate valves. Door operators increase safety and offer the option of automation.
Existing insulation is inspected and tested for Asbestos. If it is asbestos it is removed by certified personnel and properly disposed. Alloy offers several options for new insulation and stainless steel covers.
Stuffing Box and Packing Glands
Replace your old stuffing boxes with our mechanical seals. Eliminate shaft wear and reduce maintenance costs with Alloy Mechanical Shaft Seals. Of course stuffing boxes are available if desired.
Batch Mechanical Seals
